During the session, Your therapist Moe will use a variety of techniques as required, these may including:

Deep Tissue Massage – Applying firm pressure to release tension and break down muscle knots.

Myofascial Release – Stretching and manipulating connective tissues (fascia) to reduce stiffness.

Trigger Point Therapy – Focusing on tight, sensitive spots in the muscles to relieve referred pain.

Stretching & Joint Mobilization – Assisting movement to improve flexibility and joint function.

3. Application of Pressure

Depending on the severity of the issue, the therapist may apply light to deep pressure. Some areas may feel tender, but the goal is to relieve muscle tension and encourage healing.

Meet Moe, your Remedial Massage Therapist, with a wealth of knowledge behind him. He is if fully accredited in massage therapy and specialises in remedial massage and dry needling. Alongside his massage knowledge he also has extensive knowledge of the muscular skeletal system and how muscles interact and work together with each other. This allows him to diagnose your problem from a number of angles, helping you find the source and correcting the issue. Moe is fully certified in PT and as a Group Exercise Instructor, many of you may have been to one of his classes at Uni Active, Club Lime Wollongong or Beaton Park gyms. You can feel confident your not only in good hands but friendly ones too.
